• Location: 1640 Powers Ferry Rd SE, Bldg 18, Suite 300, Marietta, Georgia 30067
• Format: Conduct a practical skills check-off and instructional review at our headquarters.

• Location: Your home or office.
• Format: Live skills evaluation and instructional monitoring conducted via Zoom.
• Note: Instructors must have access to their own manikins and AED trainers for virtual sessions.

The Renewal Process: Step-by-Step

1. Complete the HeartCode BLS Module: If you need to renew your Provider status simultaneously, finish the online HeartCode BLS self-study and email your certificate to info@attentivesafety.com.
2. Schedule Your Session: Choose your date and preferred monitoring format (In-Person or Virtual).
3. Demonstrate Competency: Conduct your monitoring session under the guidance of our AHA Training Center Faculty.
4. Receive Your eCard: Upon successful completion, your renewed 2-year AHA BLS Instructor eCard is issued electronically.

Renewal Details & Prerequisites

• Monitoring Fee: $75.00 (Non-refundable).
• Optional Add-on: BLS Provider Skills Check-off (+$75.00).
• Required Materials: Current AHA BLS Instructor card and the 2025 AHA BLS Instructor Manual.
• Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required to maintain your registration fee.
