Attentive Safety offers reschedule options as a courtesy for individuals, groups, and service appointments. If you need to change your date or were less than 15 minutes late, please complete the form below and submit your payment.

Timeliness: Requests must be submitted and paid before your original start time.

No-Shows: If you or your group missed the original appointment entirely, you are ineligible for a reschedule fee and must register for a new session at the full rate.

Q: Why is there a fee to reschedule?
A: When you book a class or service, we reserve a seat and instructor specifically for you or your group, often turning away other students once a session is full. The reschedule fee covers the administrative costs of processing changes and the loss of the original seat that was held for you.
Q: Can I reschedule if I already missed my class (No-Show)?
A: No. If you fail to show up for your scheduled time without prior notice, your payment is forfeited. To attend a future session, you must register and pay the full course fee again. We recommend submitting your reschedule request as soon as you know you cannot make it.
Q: I am only 15 minutes late; do I still have to pay?
A: Yes. To maintain the integrity of our certifications and meet AHA/OSHA requirements, students must be present for the entire course. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, you will not be admitted and must pay the reschedule fee to move to a new date.
Q: Can I get a refund instead of rescheduling?
A: All Attentive Safety courses and services are non-refundable. The reschedule option is offered as a courtesy so you can still receive your certification without losing your entire initial investment.
Q: Does this apply to group bookings and private services?
A: Yes. Group and service reservations involve significant coordination and resource allocation. The same terms apply: changes must be requested and paid for prior to the original start time to avoid a "No-Show" status and total forfeiture of the group's payment.
Q: When will I get my new confirmation?
A: Once you have submitted the form and the reschedule fee payment has been processed, you will receive a new confirmation email with your updated date and time.
