A: Yes, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred.

A: Yes. Students must pass the Adult CPR & AED test, the Infant CPR test, and score at least 84% on the open-resource written exam.

A: You may retake the skills test or written exam. A retest fee may apply.
